- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Warranty
- All cameras and lenses come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
- Accessories have a six-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
